Sports Journalist Jason Whitlock to Host Annual Men’s Summit Next Month at Rocketown in Nashville

May 1, 2024

Jason Whitlock, sports journalist and host of the Fearless with Jason Whitlock show, is set to hold a men’s summit at Rocketown in Nashville next month.

The summit, Fearless Army Roll Call 2.0, is a “gathering, celebration, and encouragement of men to put on the full armor of God to take a stand against the evil forces destroying American culture,” according to the event’s website.

The summit will be held on June 1 and will feature the following speakers in addition to Whitlock:

  • Glenn Beck, BlazeTV host and founder of TheBlaze
  • John Rich, country artist
  • Voddie Baucham, author and pastor
  • EW Jackson, author and minister
  • North Carolina Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson
  • Vince Ellison, author and commentator
  • King Randall, youth education advocate
  • Anthony Walker, preacher
  • T.J. Moe, former American football wide receiver and commentator

Whitlock explained the importance of this year’s event on Wednesday’s episode of The Michael Patrick Leahy Show.

“Fearless Army Roll Call 2.0 is my annual men’s summit where we try to bring men together to fellowship centering Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and trying to encourage men to live boldly and courageously and get in the fight to take our culture back,” Whitlock explained. “We are losing our culture and we’re losing America and we’re putting kids in harm’s way. We’re going to leave them a culture and a society that will not be anything like the one that I grew up in. This year I’ve partnered with country singer John Rich because it’s my vision to use music, food, and speakers to bring men together, to bring believers together across these surface level differences that social media and the mainstream media accentuate and try to keep us divided.”

“If we as men don’t come together as believers and quit worrying about our skin color and all these other different identities that the world places on us, we’re going to continue to get our butts kicked in this culture war,” Whitlock added.

Whitlock, noting how last year’s event drew a crowd of approximately 800 people from as far as Hawaii, said this year’s event is meant to be an opportunity for individuals to socialize with others who have “centered their Christian faith” above “everything else.”

“Social media will have you believe that black and white people are at each other’s throats. I’m trying to remind people like, no, we’re actually not black and white. We’re actually image bearers of Jesus Christ and that we’re believers above everything else,” Whitlock explained.

“It’s not about being even right wing or left wing, not that I think a lot of left wingers would attend, but it’s just people smart enough to realize that we have something special here in America and it’s the responsibility of men to sacrifice in protection of the special things we have here in America. This country was founded on biblical principles and we’re losing the country because we’re not willing to make the sacrifices that our forefathers were willing to make. They laid their life on the line and many of us are so worried about, ‘Oh my God, I can get canceled over Twitter, I better shut my mouth and just go along with everything that the left is saying and my corporate bosses’,” Whitlock added.

Tickets for Whitlock’s June 1 event start at $125.

Reporter Tom Pappert: Joe Biden ‘Deeply Resentful’ of Democratic Party, Sabotaging Kamala Harris’ Campaign for Revenge

Tom Pappert, lead reporter at The Tennessee Star, said he believes President Joe Biden is “sabotaging” Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign out of “pure resentment” for how the Democratic Party pushed him to end his reelection bid.

On Tuesday, Biden said on a Zoom call with members of the nonprofit organization Voto Latino that supporters of former President Donald Trump were “floating…garbage.”
