Live from Music Row, Wednesday morning on The Tennessee Star Report with Michael Patrick Leahy – broadcast on Nashville’s Talk Radio 98.3 and 1510 WLAC weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. – host Leahy welcomed the original all-star panelist, Crom Carmichael in studio to comment on Arizona Governor Katie Hobb’s Press Secretary Josselyn Berry’s tweet after The Conventant School shooting, which displays an image of a woman holding two guns.
Leahy: In studio, the original star panelist, Crom Carmichael. Crom, elections have consequences. Stolen elections have dire consequences. So there’s a story all over the place right now. We’ve tracked in Arizona the election between the far-left Democrat, Katie Hobbs, and our friend Kari Lake, the former broadcaster.
And in the end, it is still being contested. There were all sorts of election irregularities. Kari Lake, who was leading in the polls ended up losing by six-tenths of one percent, by 17,000 votes in that election, and all sorts of irregularities in Maricopa County.
Carmichael: And Kari Lake’s opponent ran the elections.
Leahy: Yes. The secretary of state.
Carmichael: So the irregularities, Kari Lake is arguing were not by mistake, they were planned.
Leahy: Exactly. She followed the election contest law. She went before the trial court judge in Maricopa County. She lost that case; it went to the appeals court. She lost there. She went to the Arizona State Supreme Court, and they rejected six of her seven claims, but they sent back one of the claims about signature verification to the trial court.
So the case is not dead, and it’s going to continue. It remains a long shot because of the way our laws and our judicial system work Crom is very difficult. The standard that you have to prove that fraud took place is very high. It doesn’t mean fraud didn’t take place, is just that the legal standard is very high. Now, having said that Katie Hobbs didn’t show up for any debates. She did the cucumber approach.
Carmichael: She knew she had the election won because she was going to be the one who controlled the process.
Leahy: Exactly. She knew that. Monday, 12 hours after the killing of six innocent people here at Covenant Presbyterian School in Nashville by 28-year-old Audrey Elizabeth Hale, who self-identified as transgender, the press secretary for Katie Hobbs, her name is Josselyn Berry, posted a tweet that included an image, a from a movie called Gloria that showed a woman brandishing two handguns. And underneath it she said, this is us when we see trans folks. Yeah.
Carmichael: And this is a public official.
Leahy: Yes. Encouraging, basically violence against Christians by transgenders.
Carmichael: Right. Violence. People who disagree with them on mutilating children. That’s what the disagreement is about. The disagreement is not about whether or not somebody should have the right, once they’re an adult to transition. I would argue with their own money or with fundraised money. It certainly shouldn’t be public money.
Leahy: Let me also add to this whole transgender thing it’s spreading mental illness. It’s a social contagion.
Carmichael: I’m not disagreeing with that. What I’m saying is the issue for the trans community is why can’t they start grooming children? And that’s what it is.
Leahy: They want to be legally able to groom children and mutilate them.
Carmichael: At kindergarten. And then once they’ve convinced them that they, that there’s something different from what they are, they want to immediately then and they can find, there’s no question for the money. You heard it right here from the person over here at Vanderbilt. We make a lot of money on this.
And that’s really what the focus is. I was astounded by that particular person’s speech because she focused on the money. And Big Pharma is focusing on the money. And I don’t know exactly why Big Media is so on the side of mutilating children. Leahy: Have you seen all of the pharmaceutical ads on major media?
Carmichael: There you go. Follow the money.
Leahy: Follow the money. Follow the money. All of those Moderna, all those guys, Pfizer, they advertise like crazy on the mainstream media. They would never, ever advertise on conservative talk radio.
Carmichael: I’m not sure you take their ads. You certainly wouldn’t take their ads for trans medications.
Leahy: Not for trans medications.
Carmichael: But the problem that you’re identifying here is that when a public official essentially applauds violence against people.
Leahy: Encourages violence. Encourages hate crimes.
Carmichael: Yes. And that’s what this vengeance in Washington, D.C. on April 1st is designed to do. And so that’s why I said earlier is that we’re in a very dark spot. And humans have been in these types of, in history?
Leahy: I think the reign of terror in France in the 1790s would be a comparable position. Comparable place.
Carmichael: Nazism eugenics. Even in the US, eugenics around 1910, 1920 was very fashionable.
Leahy: Margaret Singer.
Carmichael: Very fashionable.
Leahy: By the way, Planned Parenthood, do you know that they have a division that helps provide transgender medical services?
Carmichael: And so once again, follow the money. This is a difficult time and we’re going to come out of it one way or the other.
Leahy: Question. Should Governor Hobbs fire this spokesperson who put this tweet out?
Carmichael: Oh, of course.
Leahy: Will she?
Carmicheal: I have no earthly idea.
Leahy: Probably not.
