Pennsylvania-based radio show host John Fredericks said Friday’s federal court decision ordering Virginia to place non-citizens back on its voter rolls proves the Biden-Harris administration’s intentions to have illegal aliens vote in U.S. elections.
On Friday, a federal judge in Virginia ordered the commonwealth to place 1,500 non-citizens back on its voter rolls after the Department of Justice (DOJ) sued the commonwealth earlier this month over removing non-citizens from its rolls ahead of the November 5 general election.
Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares, who said he would appeal the court’s ruling immediately and “all the way to the Supreme Court, if necessary,” called the DOJ’s lawsuit against the commonwealth an “open practice by the Biden-Harris administration to weaponize the legal system against the enemies of so-called progress.”
“That is the definition of lawfare. To openly choose weaponization over good process and lawfare over integrity isn’t democracy: it’s bullying, pure and simple, and I always stand up to bullies,” Miyares added.
On Friday’s edition of The Michael Patrick Leahy Show, Fredericks said the Biden-Harris DOJ’s challenge to Virginia removing noncitizens from its voter rolls shows why the administration has allowed the border to remain open, which has led to mass illegal voter registrations.
“If there is any doubt in your mind why these borders are open, here’s the reason. At the end of the day they’re encouraging illegals to vote illegally,” Fredericks explained.
Fredericks went on to point out how Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin would “become a hero” if he were to ignore Friday’s ruling and refuse to place the 1,500 non-citizens back on the commonwealth’s voter rolls.
In regards to the Biden-Harris’ DOJ advocating for noncitizens to vote in U.S. elections, Fredericks warned that this is “only an appetizer” of the weaponization the left anticipates to carry out if Vice President Kamala Harris is elected president.
“If somehow they pull this off and somehow manage to win, we’re done because they’ll just weaponize everything. This is only an appetizer of what you’re going to get,” Fredericks said.
